The benefits of massage, such as easing tight muscles, improving circulation, preventing injury, relaxation and stress relief are well known. Both forms of massage specialise in using deep tissue techniques and can be used in conjunction with Osteopathy or as a regular maintenance treatment as 'prevention is better than cure'.

REMEDIAL - the aim of this massage is to treat injuries and promote the body back to health.

SPORTS - the aim of this massage is to prevent injuries occurring by addressing and treating annoying niggles, which often develop during training, and prevent them from developing to anything more serious.

Needless to say you do not have to be involved in sport to have a massage. As everyone is unique each treatment is tailored to your personal needs whether that be, for example, for relaxation, pain relief or easing tight muscles from training.
