INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE

Indian Head Massage (IHM) is based on the Ayurvedic system of healing that has been practised in Indian for over a thousand years. It is a deeply relaxing treatment concentrating on the upper back, neck, face, head, shoulders and arms.

With the patient seated and fully clothed a combination of firm and gentle strokes are used and sometimes pressure points on the face are stimulated. IHM helps increase joint mobility and flexibility in the neck and shoulders, improves blood circulation and lymph flow and relaxes muscles. As such it is an excellent treatment to:
